To bring advanced copper-peptide technology directly to the scalp as the foundation of the formula.
Copper peptides are signaling molecules studied for their roles in tissue remodeling, extracellular-matrix activity, and cellular processes relevant to the hair follicle. Research on the closely related copper peptide AHK-Cu found increased elongation of isolated human hair follicles and increased proliferation of dermal papilla cells. This research used AHK-Cu rather than GHK-Cu, so it supports the biological rationale for copper peptides rather than proving a hair-growth effect for topical GHK-Cu itself.

A targeted peptide selected to complement GHK-Cu and support the appearance of stronger, denser-looking hair.
Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3 is a biomimetic peptide used in cosmetic hair-density formulations. Human studies of multi-ingredient formulations containing Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3 have reported improvements in hair-related measurements, although these studies used combination formulas, meaning the results cannot be attributed to Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3 alone.

CAFFEINE
SCALP-ACTIVE COMPOUND

To complement the peptide system with one of the more extensively studied cosmetic actives used in topical hair and scalp formulations.
Topical caffeine has been investigated for its interaction with hair follicles and potential role in supporting hair growth. A 2025 systematic review identified nine clinical trials involving 684 participants and found generally favorable results, while noting that the overall quality of evidence remains limited and stronger controlled trials are needed.

SAW PALMETTO
DHT-PATHWAY BOTANICAL

To incorporate a targeted botanical studied for its relationship with DHT-related pathways relevant to hair biology.
DHT is formed when 5-alpha-reductase converts testosterone into dihydrotestosterone. Saw palmetto has been investigated for its interaction with androgen-related pathways, including 5-alpha-reductase. Human research involving oral and topical saw-palmetto preparations has reported promising hair-related outcomes, although more rigorous research is needed.

ROSEMARY LEAF EXTRACT
BOTANICAL SCALP ACTIVE

To provide complementary botanical scalp support alongside the formula’s peptide and targeted-active systems.
Rosemary has attracted scientific interest for its potential role in hair and scalp care. In a randomized comparative trial involving 100 participants with androgenetic alopecia, rosemary oil was associated with a significant increase in hair count after six months. OPTIMIZE contains rosemary leaf extract rather than the rosemary-oil preparation tested in that study, so the clinical results should not be interpreted as results from the OPTIMIZE formula.

Niacinamide is a multifunctional cosmetic active known primarily for supporting skin-barrier function, moisture balance, and overall skin condition. Within a hair serum, its strongest role is supporting the scalp environment rather than acting as a direct hair-growth stimulant.

HYDRATION + STRAND CONDITIONING

To hydrate and condition existing hair while helping improve strand softness, smoothness, strength, and overall appearance.
Panthenol works primarily on the hair fiber rather than functioning as a direct follicle-growth active. Research has demonstrated penetration of panthenol into hair and interactions with hair proteins, with treated fibers showing improvements in mechanical properties associated with hair strength.
